Human Rights Policy

Allied Carbon Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes the following human rights issues as part of our commitment to sustainable management and will promote initiatives to respect human rights based on this human rights policy.

1. Prohibition of Discrimination and Harassment

We will not engage in any form of discrimination based on nationality, race, place of origin, gender, age, religion, illness, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Additionally, we will not tolerate any form of harassment, including sexual harassment and power harassment.

2. Prohibition of Forced Labor and Child Labor

We will not permit forced labor in any form of employment. Furthermore, we will not employ children who are below the minimum employment age as defined by the laws and regulations of each country and region.

3. Respect for Workers'Rights

We will respect the rights of workers and strive to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will work to promote the physical and mental health of our employees.

4. Coexistence with the Community and Society

We recognize that our business activities may impact local communities and that risks may vary based on gender and other attributes. We will strive to coexist with local communities and work towards preserving the environment to ensure that future generations can live in safety.

5. Review of Issues

These issues will be reviewed as necessary, taking into account changes in social conditions and business trends.
